Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program also invites permanent residency applications from candidates who are living outside of Canada and wish to move to Saskatchewan permanently even without a job offer under two of its key subcategories, including,

  • International Skilled Worker (ISW) - Occupation in Demand (OID) - Invite highly skilled candidates who live outside of Canada and have experience of working in-demand occupations. Candidates qualify even without a job offer in Saskatchewan and with a language score of as low as 4 CLB and a CRS score ranging between 300-400 points.
  • International Skilled Worker - Saskatchewan Express Entry - Invite candidates who live outside of Canada are in the IRCC Express Entry Pool. Candidates must score a minimum of 60 points and have experience in a high skilled an occupation and not on the SINP Excluded Occupation List
