Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is a welcomed Provincial Nominee program of the Manitoba province in Canada. It accepts hundreds of skilled workers from overseas every year, through its popular skilled worker Overseas Stream. However, every applicant, who wants to be considered under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream, must meet it’s the basic criteria of the stream and score the eligibility points on Manitoba PNP Points Calculator 2023.

Work experience of the candidates is counted and points are allocated based on documented proof of full-time job in the past 5 years. Only full-time employment of 6 months (continuous) or more are accepted in the work experience factor.
