In a BC PNP draw held on 1st September, the Canadian province, British Columbia invited 428 immigration candidates.
All 428 candidates are now eligible to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residence.
In this round of invitation, candidates from key BC PNP categories were invited, including, SI - Skilled Worker, SI - International Graduate, SI - Entry Level and Semi-Skilled, EEBC - Skilled Worker and EEBC - International Graduate.

The Skills Immigration (SI) stream is designed for individuals who want to gain PR in B.C. and have right skills, qualifications and experience required by the employers in B.C.
The Express Entry BC (EEBC) stream is aligned with the federal Express Entry system and is a faster way to obtain PR in B.C for eligible skilled workers.

Periodically, the British Columbia invite highest scoring candidates under each category to apply for provincial nomination.
The program then nominate successful candidates to apply to IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) for Canadian permanent residence visa.
In order to receive invitations via EEBC category, candidates were required to register under Express Entry as well as B.C.’s Skills Immigration Registration System, i.e. SIRS. While, for skills Immigration candidates, only SIRS registration was required.
