In a latest MPNP draw held on November 5, the Canadian province, Manitoba issued total 205 invitations to apply for provincial nomination.
In this invitation round, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) issued Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to eligible candidates under three key immigration streams
All the invited skilled workers and international graduates are now eligible to apply for provincial nomination with Manitoba for Canadian permanent residence.

Please note, of the 205 LAAs issued, 7 were issued to Express Entry candidates who had valid Express Entry ID along with a job seeker validation code.
· In order to get selected for the invitation in this draw, candidates were required to prove that they are fully licensed to work and are already working in a regulated occupation in Manitoba.Under Skilled Worker Overseas stream, a candidate's EOI was considered in this draw only if:
ü They were Invited directly by the MPNP under its Strategic Recruitment Initiative
ü Candidates under Express Entry sub-stream were selected only if they had a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code along with verifiable experience in Manitoba’s In-demand Occupations.
· If a candidate's score was higher than the minimum score requirement, but he/she still failed to obtain a LAA, the reason could be:
ü He/she had mentioned about taking an approved language test (third-party) to prove language ability in English or French, but failed to submit a valid Test Number in EOI profile or the language test was no more valid.
ü He/she had mentioned about receiving an Invitation to Apply under MPNP's Strategic Initiative, but failed to submit a valid Invitation Number.
