Manitoba Issued 232 LAAs to Skilled workers and International Students

In a latest MPNP draw held on 25^th May, the Canadian province Manitoba issued 232 LAAs to eligible candidates. All the individuals received their invitations in this draw are now eligible to apply for provincial nomination with Manitoba for Canadian permanent residency.

In this draw conducted by MPNP (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program)under Expression of Interest System,the province issued LAAs (Letters of Advice to Apply)to candidates under key streams, including Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream and Skilled Workers Overseas.

· Invited Candidates directly by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative

· Candidates must have an IRCC Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code

Please note, of the 232 LAAs (Letters of Advice to Apply) issued in this MPNP draw, 20 were issued to applicants who had a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code.

Eligibility criteria- 25^th may MPNP Draw

· In this draw, the EOIs from candidates under Skilled Worker Overseas stream were considered valid only if they were invited directly by the MPNP under its Strategic Recruitment Initiative.

Only those candidates under the Express Entry sub-stream were considered eligible who had a valid Express Entry ID and a job seeker validation code along with verifiable experience in that occupation which is listed under Manitoba’s In-demand Occupations list.
If a candidate s score is higher than the score of the lowest-ranked candidate, but they have not received an LAA in this draw, then the possible reasons could be:

Ø candidate failed to providea valid Language Test Number for EOI

Ø candidate s language test is not valid

Ø candidate failed to provide a valid Invitation Number

Candidates working in a regulated occupation and have a license to work in Manitoba were selected in this draw.
Application from candidates who are not working in any regulated occupation and/or failed to submit proof of following required licensing steps for employment in Manitoba were not accepted.
