On March 13, 2024, Canadian government opened second Express Entry draw in two days to invite 975 candidates this time around. This draw was a category-based draw of Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), which issued ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa to candidates with work experience in Transport Occupations. This was express Entry draw no. 289 since beginning and eleventh EE draw this year until date.

Now, after this latest immigration draw of Express Entry System, IRCC has invited total 23,215 candidates to apply for Canadian PR Visa this year in overall eleven Express Entry invitation rounds held until date.
Like all previous category-based Express Entry draws, CUT or CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement dropped considerably in this EE draw to just 430 points. Hence, if you are proficient in French or your occupation falls in one of the below-mentioned categories, you stand great chance of obtaining the ITA (Invitation to Apply) for Canadian PR visa this year.
