Ontario has announced the results of its latest draw held on 15th August 2019, where the province has issued total 997 NOIs to Express Entry candidates under the HCP (Human Capital Priority) Stream. This latest OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program) has invited only those Express Entry candidates who fall under specific occupations.

The OINP (Ontario Immigration Nominee Program) lookout for potential candidates on a regular basis under the Express Entry pool, which is managed by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The OINP selects those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria of any one of the Express Entry immigration streams of Ontario.
If the province identifies candidates in the pool, then they will get a Notification of Interest (NOI) in their respective IRCC accounts.
And once a candidate receives an NOI, he/she is required to submit an online application within 45 days time from the date of receiving his/her NOI (Notification of Interest).
