How OINP s Employer Job Offer: International Student stream works?

This stream is ideal for those foreign nationals who have a job offer from an employer in Ontario. To qualify, a candidate must have finished a study program at a Canadian DLI, have a job offer in Ontario, and be genuinely interested in moving to Ontario permanently.

How OINP s Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream works?

This stream is also ideal for those foreign nationals who have a job offer from an employer in Ontario. However, to qualify, a candidate must have at least two years of relevant work experience in a skilled occupation, have a job offer in Ontario, and have a genuine intention to move to the province permanently.

How do OINP s Master s Graduate and PhD Graduate streams works?

To qualify for any of these two streams, candidates must sign up with OINP s e-Filing Portal and register their expression of interest for their selected graduate stream. The Ontario PNP then select eligible candidates and invite them to apply for a provincial nomination.
