The point score achieved in the system determines the ranking of the applicants in the MPNP pool of Candidates on based on the answer submitted by the candidates in the respective EOI profiles. The candidates with top profile ranking receive the Letters of Advice via the parodicMPNP draws.
The express entry candidates applying in EE stream of MPNP need to register a separate EOI profile in the MPNP and also require having a job seeker validation code and a valid work experience in an occupation listed in Manitoba’s In-Demand Occupations List.
