Manitoba opened the latest draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) on 20th June 2019 to issue whipping 450 invitations to the candidates under different MPNP streams. The previous draw of MPNP was on June 7, 2019, which issued total 209 candidates only, however, this time around the province of Manitoba invited more than the double number of candidates under following three streams:

The candidates receiving the Letters of Advice to apply in the current draw will have to submit a completed nomination application within 60 days to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program authorities. Subsequently, the selected candidates will get the Provincial nomination for Canadian permanent residency from the province of Manitoba.

The candidates willing to apply for Provincial Nomination through Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program require submitting their EOI (Expression of Interest) profile in the MPNP. The point score achieved in the system determines the ranking of the applicants in the MPNP pool of Candidates on based on the answer submitted by the candidates in the respective EOI profiles. The candidates with top profile ranking receive the Letters of Advice via the parodicMPNP draws.
The express entry candidates applying in EE stream of MPNP need to register a separate EOI profile in the MPNP and also require having a job seeker validation code and a valid work experience in an occupation listed in Manitoba’s In-Demand Occupations List. The candidates selected in the express entry aligned stream of Manitoba PNP become eligible to receive the provincial nomination and consequently, an additional 600 CRS points in EE system.
