The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has expanded its EOI system and included Masters Graduate & PhD Graduate Streams. Therefore, all those graduateswho have a job offerin Ontario are now eligible to register for an opportunity to apply and obtain a provincial nomination under two more Ontario immigration programs.
Newly Added Streams in Ontario’s Expression of InterestSystem
The province had three streams under OINP that were already using the EOI system. Whereas, now there is an inclusion of two more streams mentioned above. With this, there are now five OINP streams that are using the EOI system, including:
· Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream
· Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream
· Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream
· Masters Graduate stream
· PhD Graduate stream
How OINP Expression of Interest(EOI) System Works?
The OINP uses an EOI system for managing applications from eligible applicants under key PNP streams. Before applying under any of the streams mentioned above, an applicant must register their expression of interest to show interest in moving to Ontario.
All the registered profiles are then evaluated by OINPand are ranked accordingly based on key factors, including:
· Education level
· English or Frenchlanguage ability
· True intention to settle in Ontario
· Work experience level
· And more
