The IRCC has launched the latest Express Entry draw on 3rd April 2019 to invite 3,350 candidates to apply for permanent residency in Canada. This was the 7th draw this year which makes total invitation this year to a staggering figure of 24,550. The IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada) has been consistent with its number of invites for last few draws. Hence, there hasn’t been any surprises in this regard. The CRS Score requirement has been following a decreasing pattern for the last three draws if we look at the cut-off, i.e. 457, 454, 452, and 451. This consistent fall is certainly good news for the applicants seeking Canada PR invitation for a long time.
Also, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)has been maintaining the incredible pattern of consistent 3,350 invitations per draw, for the last five EE draws now. It started from 30th January draw this year, which is still the same in the current draw.

This time around, the government has slightly reduced the CRS score requirement by just one point, i.e. from 452 to 451 CRS points. The applicants, who are able to achieve or exceed the current cut off marks of 451, will get the Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residency from IRCC.
