About Manitoba PNP Process

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program allows the Manitoba province select and nominate individuals and families to move to the province permanently on the basis of selection criteria set by the province.

Interested candidates are required to register their EOI profiles under the MPNP so that their profiles can be considered for a nomination under key MPNP streams, like, Skilled Worker Overseas, Skilled Worker in Manitoba streams and International Education Stream.

The EOI profiles of the candidates are then awarded with point score based of key factors like age, language proficiency, connection with Manitoba, educational qualification, work experience, etc. After which a Letter of Advice to Apply is issued to all those candidate who are among highest ranking candidates through regular invitation rounds.
