In the last MPNP draw of the year, held on December 30, 2021, Manitoba issued 393 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) eligible candidates. For this round, the province invited candidates who were registered under the following MPNP streams:

All the candidates who received their Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) are now eligible to submit their applications for provincial nomination with Manitoba.
