About Manitoba Skilled Workers Overseas Stream
This stream is designed to meet the needs of Manitoba’s local employers. Under this stream, MPNP selectsand nominate highly skilled and experienced foreign workers who have the right skill set to meet local labour market needs and have a prior connection to Manitoba, including:
· A family memberor friend living in Manitoba as a PR holder or citizen of Canada
· Any previous education or work experience gained in Manitoba
· Obtained an Invitation to Apply directly under MPNP’s Strategic Recruitment Initiative
To apply for provincial nomination with Manitoba through the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, you may follow a three-step process mentioned below:
ü Step 1-Submit your Expression of Interest and enter the pool of eligible candidates.
ü Step 2- Obtain an EOI Ranking Points based on your profile details. If you are among highest-scoring candidates and have a connection to Manitoba, you’ll get Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA)that qualifies you to submit your MPNP application.
ü Step 3-If eligible, get a provincial nomination to submit an application to IRCC (Immigration, Refugee, Citizenship Canada) for permanent residence in Canada.
