Recently, the Canadian province, Saskatchewan has removed one of its key pages from the official website, which was dedicated to publishing the maximum number of applications to be accepted by the SINP under particular streams annually.
This is an indication of the removal of the upper limit application acceptance quota for key immigration streams under SINP.
This update has come into effect since 3rd March 2020 and has been implemented on two popular subcategories of SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program), including:
Earlier, the province used to publish a threshold of provincial nomination applications through the SINP, which gives a fair idea to visa applicants as to how many applications will be accepted by SINP in a particular year. The SINP also used to announce the number of places under the limit for following SINP streams:
However, since 3rd March 2020, this threshold is not applicable to both the key subcategories.
