How it Works?

Most of MPNP streams are based on an Expression of Interest (EOI) system of accepting the profiles. First of all an applicant, create an EOI profile mentioning key details, i.e.Qualification, Work experience, proficiency in English or French, etc. Now, the applicant gets a point score based on all the details mentioned in the EOI profile. The top-ranking applicants then receive the Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) for a provincial nomination for permanent residence through periodic draws of a particular stream of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.
