The Prince Edward Island opened a latest PEI PNP draw on May 20, 2021 to invite 155 eligible candidates. All the applicants are invited under Express Entry and Labour Impact and Business Impact categories and are now eligible to apply for provincial nomination with PEI.
Out of total 155 invitations, 138 candidates were invited under Express Entry and Labour Impact categories and 17 were invited under Business Impact: Work Permit Stream with a minimum score requirement of 80 points.

About PEI PNP
The PEI’s Express Entry stream works in association with Express Entry system of Canada, which manage the pool of candidates for three economic immigration programs, including Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
While, PEI s Labour Impact Category is for those foreign nationals who have a valid job offer from the province and a support from an employer in the PEI. This stream is further divided into following:
· Skilled Workerstream
· International Graduate stream
· Critical Worker stream
Lastly, the Business Impact: Work Permit Stream is for those who wish to own and operate a business in Prince Edward Island.
