On October 7, Manitoba opened an MPNP draw to invite 426 skilled workers and international students under key streams. All the candidates who received their LAAs in this draw are now eligible to submit their application for provincial nomination with Manitoba.
The Manitoba Immigrant Nominee Program invited candidates under the following categories:
· Skilled Workers in Manitoba
· Skilled Workers Overseas
· International Education Stream

Out of 426 LAAs, the MPNP has issued 350 LAAs to candidates under Skilled workers in Manitoba Stream with the minimum cutoff score requirement of 446. While 55 LAAs have been given directly to the candidates under the Skilled Workers Overseas under Strategic Recruitment Initiative with a minimum cutoff score of 729 points.
The remaining 21 LAAs have been issued to candidates under the International Education Stream. However, the minimum score requirement was not revealed for this category of MPNP.
