To qualify for Letters of Advice (LAAs) in this draw, candidates must:
· Be a Ukrainian citizen
· Score at least CLB 4 in all four language abilities
· Established connection to Manitoba like, relative, community, family-like, past employment or studies
· Have valid language test
· Score a minimum of 60 points as per MPNP s assessment criteria
