The Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) opened sixth Express Entry draw of the year on February 14, 2024 to invite 3,500 candidates to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa this time around. This was a category-based Express Entry draw held specially for the Healthcare Occupation category candidates, i.e. the candidates with work experience in Healthcare occupations.

Analysis of New EE invitation round
This was second category-based draw of the year, wherein the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score once again dropped significantly to just 422 points. In the previous category-based draw (held on 1st Feb) also the Cut off was dropped to 365 points only. Hence, the category-based selections are providing great opportunity to get Canada PR invitations for candidates with low CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score.
