These scores have been given on the basis of key factors including applicant s age, education background, skilled work experience and language proficiency in French or English.
The candidates who bagged highest-ranks in the latest draw have obtained an ITA (invitation to apply) in order to apply for Canadian permanent residency via the regular Express Entry pool. They also get an added advantage as the Canadian Government aims at processing the applications of Express Entry candidates within six months time.
This time, the tiebreaker used by IRCC for this latest draw held on 12th June was 6th June 2019 at 13:51:59 UTC. This clearly states that candidates who have scored 465 or above and have entered in the Express Entry pool before the said date and time will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA).

The candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the above-stated programs get scores under the Comprehensive Ranking System, commonly known as CRS to determine candidate s rank in the Express Entry pool.
Total 38,450 ITAs have been issued by IRCC under the Express Entry programs for the year 2019. It s an addition of 6,250 ITAs in comparison to the last year figures.
There is no stopping in between, as IRCC is aiming for higher admissions by 2020 for all the three economic-class immigration programs.
